Do You Do These?
Self care routines and the benefits of

Dear Soul Family,
In today’s world we have been conditioned to praise productivity over presence.
(I am sure you have noticed it)
And, It’s Difficult To Be Fully Present When Your Mind Is In Worry Mode.
By grounding into your self-care routines you make space for inner guidance to rise in you
That’s why I am sending out this email as reminder of what self-care is and what it can do for you.
Self-Care Is Not A Luxury—It Is Our Foundation And is The Most Radical Act of Healing
Integrating a self-care routine can become a sacred routine of love, presence, and replenishment.
🌸 What Is a Self-Care Routine?
A self-care routine is a conscious series of practices that support your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. From a nourishing morning stretch to journaling by candlelight, these acts are sacred affirmations that “We, You, I matter.”
Self-care is not just bubble baths and spa days (as lovely as they are). It’s about creating intentional space for your inner world to rest, repair, and rise.
A Consistent Self-Care Routine Becomes Your “Inner Anchor”.
It provides a reliable rhythm even when life is feeling chaotic and unpredictable.
🌸 Benefits Of A Self Care Routine
Self-care has been shown to lower stress hormones, assist in regulating your nervous system, it even improves sleep.
By creating a self-care routine you allow yourself more presence in the moment, more love within your life and rejuvenation.
Emotional care practices like meditation and journaling help process feelings with compassion instead of suppressing them.
Also, when you show up for yourself daily, you affirm your inherent value, your self-worth.
You become more attuned to your needs, cycles, and boundaries
It becomes easier to listen to your intuition and walk in alignment with your truth.
Remember
Self-care is not selfish. It’s sacred. The more you nurture your own light, the more you illuminate the path for others. You are allowed to rest. You are allowed to take up space. You are allowed to begin again—every single day of your life
Lastly, remember: The way you tend to yourself directly correlates to the way you allow others to treat you.
Bright Blessings
Love and Light Always
